Guest Accommodation is on the upper level of The Barn while the lower level is used for storage. It is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Sleeping - The Barn has a new king sized bed made up with soft cotton linens, feather duvets and extra blankets in the wardrobe. A Port-a-Cot is available by request when booking.

Bathing - The Barn has a new bathroom with power shower, loo, fluffy towels and endless hot water.

Eating - A complimentary continental breakfast basket is provided with cereals, home made bread, milk, butter, fresh fruit, farm eggs and conserves.  The Barn also has a fully equipped kitchen and a gas BBQ for you to prepare your own meals should you wish.

Lounging - Comfortable outdoor seating on the deck with expansive views over the estuary. Inside there is a cosy seating area facing folding doors that open The Barn to the estuary view.

Heating - During it's refurbishment special attention was given to insulation and heating requirements so you certainly will not be cold here during a winter stay.

Extras - The Barn is also equipped with current magazines, books on local art and travel, binoculars and reference books on NZ birds, a TV & DVD, Stereo CD / radio and a telephone. You can also connect to our wireless network if you wish. The Barn has private, secure parking for cars, campervans and boats.
